Stringent hygiene protocols are followed during food preparation to guarantee safe and clean meals. Meals are served punctually at scheduled times so that passengers go through a hassle-free dining experience and enjoy their food promptly throughout the journey.
A base kitchen is a place where the food is prepared for the passengers, with over 300 such kitchens are operational across the country. Each base kitchen employs 30-35 people members who are dedicated to maintaining food hygiene and quality. These kitchens are equipped with modern facilities to ensure smooth functioning, while CCTV cameras monitor a safe working environment for all the staff.
The kitchens are awarded ISO 9001 certificate and FSSAI license for maintaining quality standards.
