We plan our menus and portions in such a way that it minimises food waste. We utilise every part of the ingredients we source and make sure that nothing goes to waste. If there is any excess food, it is provided to those in need or composted to enrich the soil. We transform organic waste into nutrient-rich compost that supports local agriculture and helps maintain healthy ecosystems.
Our kitchens are designed with efficiency in mind and are equipped with modern technology that supports waste reduction. We train our staff to follow best practices for sustainable cooking and waste management. By implementing these measures, we aim to set a standard for environmental responsibility in the culinary industry, making sure every meal we serve not only delights our customers but also respects the planet.
One of our key initiatives is focused on empowering underprivileged women by providing them with the skills and training that are necessary to thrive in the food service sector. We offer a skill development programme, which spans six months, where we equip these women to work confidently to attend to the customers and handle tasks within our organisation.
Upon completing the training programme, these women are employed directly by RK Business Group. It gives them a stable source of income and a supportive work environment. This initiative enhances their livelihoods and contributes to their personal and professional growth.
We actively collaborate with government schemes that aim at helping those below the poverty line. We extend the employment opportunities to a broader segment of the population. By empowering individuals and supporting government efforts, we strive to make a lasting, positive impact on society.
