We offer a skill development programme, which spans six months, where we equip these women to work confidently to attend to the customers and handle tasks within our organisation.
Upon completing the training programme, these women are employed directly by RK Business Group. It gives them a stable source of income and a supportive work environment. This initiative enhances their livelihoods and contributes to their personal and professional growth.
